Pursuant to BoA Resolution No. 262, series of 2015, or the "Revisions in the Subjects of the Board Licensure Examination for Certified Public Accountants (BLECPA)", which shall be applied on the May 2016 BLECPA and onwards, the subject "Business Law and Taxation" shall now be divided into two subjects:
1) Taxation, and
2) Regulatory Framework for Business Transaction.
